Difficulty seems like a problem even early on (I'm on the normal difficulty), I'm finding it very common to just get one shot in one turn by enemies, where they all seem to target one ally killing them pretty much instantly as most attacks seem to do about 60% of your HP not adding on any other effects. This is just really frustrating as it just feels like I can't do anything unless I get lucky with enemy Ai.
