About GameSelector

GameSelector helps you find games you'll enjoy, check that your computer can run them, and buy them at the right price.

It's a small, independent website made in Latvia. It's free to use, and there are no accounts: what you tell it stays in your own browser.

How it works

Picks for you. Every game on Steam has tags that players vote on, like “Roguelike” or “Co-op”. We look at the tags of the games you love and find well-reviewed games that share them. You can hide picks you don't like and filter by singleplayer, multiplayer or co-op.

Can your PC run it? We read each game's minimum and recommended requirements and compare them with your processor, graphics card and memory, using approximate performance scores. It's a good guide, not a guarantee.

Buy now or wait? We compare today's price with the normal price and the lowest price ever, and look at when the next big Steam sale usually starts.

Where the data comes from

Game details, reviews, player counts and Steam Deck ratings come from Steam. Tags and game lists come from SteamSpy, store prices from CheapShark, and price history from IsThereAnyDeal. GameSelector isn't affiliated with Valve or Steam.
