Drug Runner is a 3D game in which you have to run along the road and dodge obstacles, on the way collecting bonuses and coins that give you points. If you can jump over the barrier by pressing the "space bar".

Warning: Asset Flip! DrugRunner is an asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated someone else's Unreal Engine example/tutorial endless runner game, changed the name, slapped some asset flipped objects on it, and submitted it to Valve as if it was their own game. It's deplorably low quality, because it's just copied + pasted from an online tutorial for making endless runner...
