If you do play this game: In the settings, set Jump Deceleration to 0 and turn on Maintain Boost During Jump. I promise the game is 100x more fun when you're able to basically glide through the air with a well-aimed jump, and use that to try and find faster ways to get stuff.

Sonic Frontiers is a delightful game that, while not my personal favorite Sonic game, it’s definitely enjoyable and easy to 100% complete. I picked it up in 2023 and played it until about island two. Then I got bored and dropped it. However, I came back to it in 2025 to complete my backlog and finally checked it off my list. The game has its pros and cons. The islands can be quite repetitive, with all the challenges...

Half of the game is Sonic suffering and the other half is Sonic aura-farming Played through most of the game with my sister, had hella fun and even finished it on its anniversary without knowing it 11/10 game
