Virtual Villagers Origins 2

The game keeps glitching. Anytime something needs to process, like spending tech points, the wheel just keeps spinning, and it says the transaction is processing. Two times now the game has taken my tech points (total of 190,000 points) and not awarded the skill that I spent them on due to the glitch. This was hours worth of play wasted. It's extremely frustrating to the point that I no longer want to play the game...

I don’t know if I can recommend this game — I don’t think I can even continue playing it. I understand that this game is old, but it just won’t stop autosaving every few seconds. Worse, the autosave sometimes locks up and doesn’t save at all, causing me to lose progress constantly. This bug has been driving me crazy. I’ve tried verifying the files, removing “read-only” permissions, and troubleshooting in every way...

Cute game... very buggy. There are large problems with saving. You will lose hours of play at times - and some of the items you used will stay used even though the time shift has meant you (theoretically) never used them.
