The game has three levels, each represent a dream of a dictator, however the level themselves have nothing to do with the dictator, Stalin for example would most likely not be dreaming about stars. In the game you dodge meteors by clicking and collect either stars, astronauts, or aliens. There's no challenge, nor is there any complexity in this game.
