If FEARs Alma is too scary and the battalions of AI soldiers too difficult for you, give Operation Thunderstorm a try. Operation Thunderstorm is a short, shallow but charming and relatively fun corridor-shooter that will leave MUCH to be desired. 4/10, this game is kinda boring and janky, but it has it's moments. I wish steam had mixed reviews... The story is uninteresting, the voice acting is lacking and the gameplay is very unpolished. This game has a lot of dull corridors and lame enemies. You have 2 variants of enemies, the MP40 one and the Kar one, THAT'S IT (they sometimes throw grenades at you to spice up the combat). For a budget WWII FPS, this was a solid game that honestly took me by surprise. Even for it's year the graphics are pretty dated, even compared to Call of Duty 3 which came out two years prior, but it has heart.
