This is a free Visual Novel with 2D cartoon graphics. The graphics are kind of a janky art style that I don't like, so I almost passed on this VN because of the art. I appreciate the effort put into a free game but I cant in good conscious recommend this. Its sick and depraved and fetishizes terminal illnesses.
