Reveil is an incredibly underrated horror game with multiple endings. The game plays well and has a mostly polished feel. The story is fantastic, and the voice acting is well done. The graphics are above average, and at times pretty good. Reveil plays a bit like a scarier Layers of Fear, but has more puzzles of varying difficulty. My only complaint is chapter 4 is a bit buggy. First of all, this game is not 'Trash' or something like that. It's just not a good game. There are a few cool scenes, different endings and an awesome voice actor. The reason for my bad review are two things: 1. The hunt for collecting items destroys the atmosphere. You can't just walk around and explore, if you don't want to miss a collectible. This game is probably not bad but I can't recommend it. The "story" here is that a man keeps repeatiing sequence where he wakes up and looks for his family members, but with each repetition his "life" keeps falling apart more and more. It was interesting at first but it got old fast. Everythimg becomes more and more ridicoulous with each repetition. This part of game really didnt click with me. Also I encoutered bug...

REVEIL is the spiritual successor of THE PARK and LAYERS OF FEAR. It's a horror walking simulator that forgets it's a horror walking simulator halfway through and shoots itself in the foot by cramming in some very tedious gameplay.
