All of my 26 minutes in Solar Battalion were spent trying to launch the game. No version of Proton thus far has been powerful enough to run it without crashing before the first level, and both of my friends who played it on Windows were blessed with broken lighting and materials. Needs a little work before I can recommend this game. For a quirky indie title its pretty much what I expected. Something weird to kill some time. Loading times are terrible, it keeps telling me target is down when they clearly are not, ammo seems to run low even though your supposed to be some kind of trained operative going into a planned mission ... idk. I really want to finish watching all the cut scenes just...
