Pivot Puzzles is a basic tilting marble wooden maze kind of game that looks like it's just been copy + pasted from a basic tutorial like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GK8GrShJE4 I'm not saying that's the tutorial the "developer" followed here, but he probably followed one just like or yanked down an asset pack containing one.
