Doesn't do ♥♥♥♥. Constantly crashes and can't change the wallpaper at all. It's a failure in every meaning of the word. I've tried both to create a custom one and to download a premade one from the workshop but you *can't* set the wallpaper-the one thing it's supposed to so. It's free but I still feel ripped off.

Don't even bother getting this application it barely works and it feels mediocre
