Virus Z is a 3D zombie shooter with a third-person view. You must wade through crowds of the walking dead with your partner. Zombies are very fast here, and you will struggle to get away from them, so you must rely only on your reflexes and accuracy. Also, from out of nowhere, a huge monster-mutant may appear at any time

Oh boy.. I am SOOOO glad I got this as part of a bundle.. Generic zombie shmup that's graphically reminiscent of early PS1 games,. The camera angle is locked, the gameplay is repetitive, the sounds are dull. I'd love to be able to run the same speed backwards as forwards as well.. As a timewaster, it's meh. Overall - 3/10 - It'll get boring. Quickly.. Not one I'm keeping installed. Sorry.

Not an awful game, especially for like two GBP but yeah, the camera angle (supposed the be like an old-school game, I guess) is a little annoying and a few other issues but really..you get what you pay for but yeah, I feel like the people behind this should look at stuff like 'L4D' and the 'DayZ' mod and sort the camera out too...I mean if you like the camera angle, cool but yeah, that and the fact you have no cover...

I'm not really surprised that the game is no longer available for purchase, as it works very poorly. After dying, I wasn't able to find a cursor to select the main menu, and after trying the game again it got stuck on the loading screen. Anyway, there is nothing fun about Virus Z. It's like dozens of other indie action games about zombies, it shares the same pattern and if you played one of them, you played them all....

Got this is a bundle. Its not bad, simple 3rd person shooter that reminds me of l4d2 in a few of its set ups. Good for being a short time killer, there does not seem to be much content. Pros - Has both gun and melee - Zombies are on the quicker side giving more of a challenge - Easy to nav levels - Get an A.I buddy to help you out Cons - Cam angle is locked - reload time a little slower than most - not enough...
