2025-11-10

To celebrate the release of School of magic I created a new update where you can now access the entire soundtrack and a couple of artworks directly on your local drive — just open the game’s folder via “Browse Local Files” on Steam. I’ve also done some general cleanup and polish to make the game run a bit smoother. And that’s not all: to mark the occasion, the PartTimeIndie Bundle is available today which will give you an additional 10% Discount on School of Magic which is out today! The core idea is okay but it's ruined by poor controls and just the game being a buggy mess in general. I got stuck on a loading screen, and the dev's advice was to delete some folder which led to wiping my progress %) Plus my controller only worked partially, the sticks didn't move the character, which is hilarious considering the game's loading screen suggests "using a controller for a better experience".
