This game was an absolute brutal experience. However, I wouldn't change a thing about it. After finally beating it, I realized how much I improved at the earlier levels. This game is hard and punishing, but it is a game you can get good at. There are enough secret chests to let you have as many attempts as you need, but not enough to throw away lives. If you're considering this game, ask yourself if you would sit and play classic Ghouls n' Ghosts for hours. The gameplay of this game is intentionally identical to that old arcade game. Your skill from Ghouls n' Ghosts would also translate fairly well to King n' Knight. And of course, the game has many homages to Gn'G, if the name Kn'K wasn't an obvious enough reference.
