Lamm

This isn't my first time playing Lamm. I've been following the game for a long time, I've played its demos and I'm extremely happy to finally see it on Steam. However, my review will not be biased ; the game isn't perfect and potential buyers need to know the good sides, but also the bad sides of the game. What is it ? Limbo 'Meats' Boy; the game has the charm of both, but is original due to the jump mechanic: you can't jump by default and have to pick up orbs in order to perform one, a double, triple or quintuple jump. However, a black orb will result in an inability to jump = the default. These orbs are the ingredients for the puzzle elements within this game and are nicely implemented. A short game working with single double, triple and even quintuple jumps or none at all. The game uses these gimmicks to make some fun creative jump puzzles. The fireflies add an extra challenge to the levels as figuring out how to get them add an extra challenge The Lamm level is a test of how long you can keep jumping for over 2 minutes straight. Would recommend if you love hard platformers and some jump puzzles.
