During the experience you get to hear the radio teleplay recording used as the basis for the experience, recorded during the actual mission in 1943. A fantastic example of the power of VR for education and learning. In WW2 the BBC put a reporter on a Lancaster bomber during a sortie over Germany. This demonstration video puts you in the seat of a Lancaster bomber as it flies over Germany while listening to the 'real time' reporting of the BBC reporter as well as the general radio communications between the pilot, co-pilot, navigator, gunners and engineers. A very insightful look into the terror that aircrew on bomber command had to face, and the great odds that were faced for them to come home. I believe all should take a look at this game to understand the sacrifices made by our grandfathers and great grandfathers to allow us to live free.
