“Vaccine War” is an action adventure game with exploration features. It is set in the tense Europe from the thirties, with the Spanish Civil War (and some fiction stories) as background. Aesthetically, the game combines the pixelart retro style with a 3D environment.

This one was a tough call for me. The music is awesoem. I love the way it changes when youre in combat. The environments are really nice and just pleasant to be in. Games for Tutti is a Valencia, Spain based development company. Vaccine War is their first game but what is most impressive is that it is also the first game to use their specialized tool that saves time animating pixelart. This tool is called the Magic Pixelator. They claim that with this tool they can create animations of 20 frames in just a few minutes rather than being forced to spending significant time drawing...

Holy crap this game is bad. The dialogue is laughably awful and cliche'd. The beginning is extremely slow and boring, the controls even on a 360 controller with the duck and cover and aim system all mushed together make you have to hold the most awkward controller positions together. All the enemies look the same, the plot doesn't really make sense or feel believable, and to top it all of there's this menacing...

I really wanted to recommend this game but I can't. +Graphics look great overall, and the game is nice to look at. +Multiple panel side-scrolling is interesting. -Controls are slugging and not responsive -Player movement is sloppy, for example, you have one guy shooting and you and one guy attacking with the knife, you have to get out of cover first (the character moves very slowly), stab the guy closest to you all...
