Horrible old game, absolute lack of reasons to play it now even for free UI is as bad as you can imagine that No settings, no widescreen support, no normal zoom options (this 3 zoom options on + - buttons dont count) Surely no tutorial Buy something else

Victoria I buries an ambitious economic simulation under an interface that makes basic decisions feel like forensic accounting. It mistakes administrative exhaustion for strategic depth, then expects you to admire the complexity. You’re supposed to lead a nation through the Industrial Revolution—not personally do every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clerk’s job.

This is a fact: "This save is from another version of the game and cannot be loaded." This is my opinion: Not recommend any PARADOX Interactive. Don't waste hours pouring into one Campaign saved file in Ironmode, with only 1 save allowed and then coming to the game a few days later to get this stupid message: "This save is from another version of the game and cannot be loaded."
