Amazing worldbuilding, amazing gameplay But, since there are other reviews detailing the gameplay, I'll mostly focus about how Sword of the Stars engages my imagination. For a game with no up-front campaign mode (OK, there are story missions that form short campaigns), this game has one heck of a story. I love the game, but it doesn't run under Windows 10, 11 or under Proton. I'd really like to play this one again, it was a lot of fun. I know it runs on XP, not sure about after that.
