I usually stay away from RTS games, mostly because they don’t seem interesting or entertaining enough for me, but Dwarfs!? managed to reel me in and got me hooked! I never would have thought that one day, I’d enjoy pretending to be a semi-god, keeping everything in check occasionally so that things run smoothly. It’s a tower defense, colony sim, whatever you want to call it. One thing’s for sure: it does its job...

Little Nostalgia Game for Yogscast Watchers. Takes only a few hours to 100% if you're into that.

I picked this up mostly out of curiosity and ended up sinking way more time into it than I expected. You basically babysit a horde of suicidal little dwarves who will happily dig straight into lava or a flood if you blink, so it's your job to steer them, wall things off, and blow holes to drain the danger before it wipes your colony. Very cool old game, there's a lot of fun to have here. Dig all the riches of the land, but being dwarfs, they are always drunk, making mistakes like flooding the mines, either with water or lava or (redacted). Real time action management, like I said very cool old game.
