Can't believe its almost 17 years since the release. Internet and the gaming landscape was so different back then, its almost bittersweet to remember those times. They don't make games like this anymore :/

One night. One island. Endless memories. Still one of the greatest superhero games ever made. 17 years later, Arkham still reminds everyone why Batman doesn’t need superpowers. Played it at 12. Finished it again at 28. It aged better than most modern games. Anyone else visiting Arkham in 2026?

This isn't a Batman game. It's a Batman simulator. The combat makes you feel like a genius, the stealth makes you feel like a predator, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you haven't slept in 3 days. The Joker is perfect, Arkham is creepy as hell, and somehow a game from 2009 still feels better than most superhero games today. I came for Batman. I stayed because I am Batman. 10/10. Would get locked in Arkham...
