In this update, we continue to focus on addressing the aspects that were considered least predominant by the majority. List of major changes: • Graphics. The game has undergone many visible graphical improvements. The visual elements are now even more realistic. • Narrative. The format and sequence of the storyline have been changed for greater clarity. • Settings. Now, settings that were previously only available for changes in the menu can be adjusted at any point during the gameplay. • Miscellaneous. The game has undergone various changes that positively impact overall optimization and player immersion.

Short But sweet. I was humbly surprised by this game and the deep emotional sensitive storyline, as well as great graphics to go with it. It keeps you on the edge of your seat, with a few great jump scares ! I would happily play a longer version or sequel storyline.

Although the game looks and plays very well, the story is extremely lacking. The player movement was way too slow, and nothing really happens in the game to justify being in the horror category. Is it worth the $2.99? (or the $2,09 sale that is happening at the time of this review) Absolutely not. Save your money and simply skip over this one. I gave Cursed New Year a 1/5 My rating system: 1 = Horrible game....

It lists English as one of the languages on the Steam page, but none of the written text was translated when I tried to play. I had to click around to find the settings and nothing I changed changed the language displayed.
