[1.4 Update] Simcups Football World Championship
2026-09-27More updates in the 1.4 version. A title belt system is now available, based on the Unofficial Football World Championship (UFWC) — a boxing-style title that tracks the “best” national team through match results. Rules - The champion must defend the title in matches where the stage has a k‑factor of at least 40, so stages like friendlies that only have 20 k-factor don’t count. France will be set as the initial champion, as they are the current UFWC title holders. - The title only changes hands if the champion is defeated; a draw means the holder retains it. - For two‑legged ties, the aggregate score decides whether the title changes hands. A little belt icon will appear when a match is eligible for the title: If the title changes hands, you will get notified. Reign history

There will be a belt reign table and leaderboard to show the full history of title reigns, giving you basic data for each reign, such as the number of title defenses and the duration. Editor In the 1.4 version, a reign editor has been added to let you freely add or edit title reigns. You can change the start year, end year, reign index etc. Use -1 for the “end year” to mark the current title holder. You can also use the editor to re-create the entire history of Unofficial Football World Championship starting from 1930. The belt system is enabled by default. To turn it off, just delete the current active reign using the editor. Workshop There is a new "Misc" tab added to the workshop editor. You can use to the tab to upload the entire reign history to the workshop. Website: https://simcups.com
