The vanilla game is awful, but with a recently released mod called "Cars 2 Deluxe," you can restore the graphics and mechanics of the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. I highly recommend playing this mod.

I canNOT recommend the PC version of Cars 2 at this time. It has not been properly made compatible with Windows 11. I tried fixing some application settings and it caused my controller to not work, and the game to constantly crash anyways. Also, despite the store listing, this game does not have the same graphics as the XBOX360 version, so it is misleading. This game is literally unplayable. As controversial as it...

Yes. 1000 Times yes, one slight issue. You HAVE TO mod it to have the game function proper. However with the Mod I can overlook the issues, as I love this game and always have.
