Dev Diary #2 - Tutorial Update
2024-09-01Dear Cult Leaders, TedRed team’s here! We’re making some progress at full speed. There are still so many things we want to do! But more on that later. Today we’ll share some details about the tutorial. And a few other details as a bonus 🙂 TUTORIAL There’s no game without a tutorial. Our game had one too. However, only in picture form... Last playtest showed us that things are not as easy as they seem. We spent a lot of time explaining how the basic game loop works in Discord, while playing with our testers. After many hours of internal discussions and several versions, we finally have a full-fledged tutorial! The tutorial will show you: • what is your main purpose in the game • how to use cards and what they mean • about the player's turn itself • and the opponent's turn of course • all UI tips you need to understand

The tutorial button will always be in the game. If you forget something, you can always replay it. NEW AVATARS Even though the main visuals of the game are ready, we’re always thinking about what else we can add to the game. Besides new features, we want to add some fancy things.
