People nowadays just talk about CoD1, or CoD2, or Finest Hour, or Big Red One, but they neglect UO, the 2004 CoD entry and the only expansion pack in the franchise's history - and the first (except for Finest Hour) to be made by a company that wasn't Infinity Ward. Call of Duty: United Offensive attempts to enhance the original game, but the majority of its additions feel more like superfluous noise than significant advancements. The expansion mostly relies on chaotic, extravagant battle scenes that substitute irritation for tension. Levels frequently degenerate into unrelenting grenade spam, unfair enemy accuracy, and overpowering waves that seem to be intended more to wear...

This was my bread and butter as a 10 -11 yr old. at 12 I'd average a 13:1 kda. Bolt action rifles and powerful smgs baby, knowing how and when to camp, move, lay a trip wire, take out a tank with whatever those non-rpg bazooka types rockets were called or satchel charges..
