I remember playing this game as a child on MS-DOS and not making it terribly far into the story before I grew bored and frustrated with my lack of progress, but I always did find the premise fascinating, playing as a roach looking to restore its humanity. TW: It has blood, animal death (roaches and rats), smoking, drinking, a puzzle is drugging a guy, and depictions of a former restaurant that is overrun with cockroaches for good reason.
