First playthrough review time. The drawings in this game are detailed and full of color. The characters and the moving parts of the scenes look good and match the backgrounds well. My favorite daedalic game now, along with the Deponia trilogy. The puzzles feel more constrained and linear than in the prequel, smaller in scale, while the story sequences will jump all over the place. Exploring the Drakonia fortress while flying around was one of the coolest concepts in any adventure game I've played so far.

As a more ambitious sequel to Chains of Satinav, Memoria bites off more than it can chew on occasion, but overall provides the same sense of adventuring wonder in a beautifully-painted fantasy land. Got a little stuck at Draconia but managed to march till the end thanks to the Russian achievement guide (I don't speak Russian but the guide was very detailed).
