Here are the patch notes for version 1.2.2.0 which aims to homogenize the account and legal documents handling with our other games. • Changed the account creation process for Paradox Accounts to more clearly inform players of Paradox Interactive's Terms of Use and Privacy policy. • Players are now more clearly informed when changes occur in Paradox Interactive's Privacy Policy. • Players can now access the Paradox Interactive's Privacy Policy from the main menu. • Added an indicator in the main menu that shows which Paradox Account a player is logged in to. • Added the ability to unlink a Paradox Account, from a player's Steam account, in the main menu. • Players can now reset their Paradox Account password from the log in screen. • Fixed a bug causing animals to use regular blood gore when the Piñata Madness artifact is active.

The game requires a Paradox Interactive account to play online. Seeing as their servers are down, I can not play online immediately after purchasing the game. This is why steam should disallow external launchers and external servers from its platform..

Bought this game to play with my friends, but I didn't know you had to make a Paradox account for it to work. The Paradox servers are not working so it's impossible to play online co-op. There was nothing in the description saying that you had to create an account... Just a waste of money if you plan to play online co-op.

Much worse than the first game and forces you to make an account to play online. And they still won't fix Magicka 1.

Game seems really fun and unique in a way, but unfortunately it cannot connect to the servers and therefore be played in coop. Wish they kept the support for old titles, especially those where cooperative play is essential.
