The story is situated on Mars. It starts where UFO: Aftermath left off and runs simultaneously with UFO: Aftershock. While the Laputans on Earth are fighting Wargots and Starghosts and finding out what caused the destruction of their home planet, a small colony on Mars is trying to survive and flourish.

Also works on Linux if you manage to put it in windowed mode. Don't know the reason but it does not work in full screen yet. Same for the other games in this series

A bit quirky by today's standards I think, but it's a pretty cool strategy game with aliens in it. Not quite X-Com, but certainly worth it if you're looking for something similar.

A disgusting piece of code that punishes for playing it well. For correct walkthrough, it's must to play with an open Wiki for knowing where not to go ahead of time - despite the fact that skills of playing of this game are allow it. Or try to go through it like in the first time - without understanding how everything works here. Worst game in whole trilogy. But, at least, it's big finale happened in the best part -...

one of my beloved games. Aged quite well: some indies have worse graphics =D Fist right between new X-Com and Xenonauts, providing some middle-ground experience.
