Stellar Fight is an asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The Russian "developer", Sunny Blaze, took a template from the godawful GameMaker Studio from YoyoGames, slapped a couple of asset flipped sprites on it, and dumped the results onto Steam as a cash grab scam. It's a basic Space Invaders ripoff with no real redeeming qualities. In fact this is so bad SteamDB shows the game only ever had a peak all time...
