Noctuary is a wonderful experience from start to finish though it’s hard to talk about the game without hinting at spoilers. The characters are multi‑dimensional and generally avoid overused tropes. Whatever happened during development, it is making me really doubt on whether to recommend this game or not. Content: (Rough guess) 70% visual novel, 30% gameplay. What's good: The gameplay excluding some timed/puzzle sections. The combat is a mix of bullet hell and soulslike.
