Should you encounter any technical issues after the retirement, our customer service team will continue to provide support until December 31, 2025. Refund Policy: In accordance with Steam's refund policy, if you have purchased "Nightmare Hunter" within the last 14 days and have played for less than 2 hours, you are eligible for a refund.
