Howling Village Echoes isn’t a bad game by any means, but it’s far from great and severely flawed. My biggest issue has less to do with the gameplay itself - which is your run-of-the-mill point-and-click - and more to do with the outright horrendous writing these characters have. The first few were tolerable, but once a character named Shinji comes in and says arguably some of the dumbest, most cringe ♥♥♥♥ I’ve heard...
