Lucky me gets the dubious honour of writing the first review for yet another construction kit template flip on Steam. Medieval Wars is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from serial copy+paste infringers, Phoenixxx Games. All these guys do is rip off game templates and projects from the Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio store and try to scam people into paying for someone else's work on Steam. They have run asset flip...

For game with 10 USD base price, lack of tutorial it's simply unacceptable. I had to read review where one review mention this game is rip-off/based on Galcon. Afterwards i read tutorial for Galcon and manage to beat 2 level of this game and decide to stop. Another game straight to "I want to permanently remove this game from my account" and i'd advice all reader to play Galcon or different game inspired by Galcon.

Noone - really noone - has any idea how to play this. It's so bad. Don't touch it or you get all the s h i t n e s s on you. You don't want that!

I bought it on sale for $1.19 and beat it in under an hour. I really liked it. It's got some minor issues, like the level select menu needs keyboard input instead of mouse, but otherwise very solid $1 for an hour of game play.
