The Haunted Hotel series runs a bit short in general but, at two hours including the bonus game, this is unforgivably short. The game lacked detail and the bonus chapter even re-used the same scenes. Stay clear of this one even on sale.

setting aside the story/plot that's kind of meh, there are some really basic problems with the game. mostly the crashing and freezing. i don't know if it's because it's an older game that was ported over from Big Fish or what. all i know is more than once i was either dumped out of the game or had to do a hard forced exit when the game decided to forget how to run. and then there's the lack-luster game itself. the...

I highly recommend this game. 5 stars. It is also the last Haunted Hotel hidden object game (# 20)

What absolute garbage, do not buy this. 1) Utterly random, nothing is explained or is even connected to each other. Pointless and baffling. 2) Terrible voice acting. 3) Screaming audio for no reason. 4) Unforgivably short, which is even worse for a 'collector's edition'. 5) Story is non-existent and nothing is explained, even though the game asks you if you've 'been to the hotel before'.
