Notice regarding DLC issue and refunds
2022-06-21Hi everyone, Shortly after launch we were made aware of a bug whereby the following DLC items included in the Digital Deluxe Edition were not appearing in-game as expected: - Super Chow - Old Friend R - Amazon Typhoon - Pochi Gun: Shrimp Flavor - Gatling Fang Over the last week we have been working to resolve the matter but unfortunately, we have encountered an unforeseen issue which has prevented the DLC from working as intended. We would like to sincerely apologise to all customers who purchased the DLC, either separately or as part of the Digital Deluxe Edition bundle. Valve are aware of the issue and we have now retired both the DLC and bundle from sale. All affected customers are advised to claim a refund for the DLC items through Steam’s refund portal, full details HERE.

As the circumstances for the refunds are exceptional, customers will be entitled to a refund on the DLC items outside of the standard 14 day/two-hour refund period. UPDATE: We have been made aware that some customer refund requests for the DLC have been rejected in error. To ensure that your refund is processed correctly please follow these steps: • In the "tell us why" section of the refund request select the reason "My issue isn't listed". • In the notes box please paste the following message "The game's developers Kadokawa Games have asked me to refund all DLC related to METAL MAX Xeno Reborn due to a functionality issue in-game.
