I am normally understanding and can even give a recommendation on a game even if it isn't my cup of tea but this game felt like an attack on my soul. I don't know if it is glitched or broken or what. Aspen: Uncanny Home has a beautifully rendered environment for the player to walk around in. There environment feels oppressive and claustrophobic as you wander between locations in the house wondering where a sound came from or how a doll got into a certain position. If I could give Aspen a thumb to the side, I would. It does have a story and many freaky moments, but unfortunately to progress you need to have some triggers happen and if they don't, it's possible to get stuck in a spot where the story doesn't move forward and nothing happens. I play a lot of horror games on my YT channel and I have to say this is one of the best games for atmosphere I've played so far, good graphics and lighting help create a pretty 'on edge' feeling whilst walking around and the constant noises throughout keep you on your toes.
