Beta #2 Testing Phase
2026-09-26Hello dear community! There are now only about 5 weeks left until release, and with this big update the Beta #2 testing phase finally begins. The game is essentially finished, and I want to use the remaining weeks to find and fix as many bugs as possible. As with the Beta #1 testing phase, this update is only available through the Steam beta version. You can activate the beta test version via the Steam settings under "Betas" to try out the new features! With this you can now play the complete story and also explore things that only become possible after finishing the main story! The last few days and weeks have been very exciting. I'm surprised myself at how big this update has become once again. Above all, I'm glad that I was able to pack in significantly more than originally expected.

And I'd also like to say thank you for the incredible number of wishlists! Ever since Runika appeared on the personal calendar, the numbers have just been going BRRR !! <3 But now, have fun exploring! ATTENTION: Spoilers ahead! Mana A little chain of mana orbs is now visible as soon as you can hold mana. I had planned this element for a very long time and now it's finally in the game. There are several new items to discover that interact with mana! Summoning Altar You can now re-summon bosses at the summoning altar. You can also summon regular enemies and even animals. For each of these, you need summoning crystals. You can buy these from Jolana after finishing the main story. In Jolana's tent, you can use your mana to craft unaspected crystals inside the magic circle. Jolana then exchanges these for summoning crystals of your choice. Rumor has it there are aggressive chickens! Potions You can now brew health, stamina, and mana potions of varying strengths. The corresponding value is refilled immediately. So that the potions are useful in different situations, drinking them is noticeably faster than, for example, eating food. As is customary, you of course get the empty bottle back after drinking a potion. Key Bindings This was long overdue, I know! You can now adjust the in-game controls at any time in the newly reworked settings menu. Crafting from Chests Crafting tables and furnaces now also use resources from chests placed to their left or right. As shown here, one chest can even be used by two tables at the same time, for example when they share many resources. Lunari & Mimari With the Lunari and the Mimari, you now have two new peoples to choose from. Both come with their very own background stories. The Lunari, for example, come from a moon in eternal darkness. In the shadow of a cosmic dust ring, all life on the Lunari's world derives from the warmth deep inside their moon. The Mimari are a peace-loving people, easily recognized by their large, rabbit-like ears. It is therefore no surprise that they have become excellent hunters. New Hairstyles A few new hairstyles were also long overdue! A handful of new variants, from short to long, are now available in character creation. Equipment Abilities Many items now grant you unique perks. Hats and other headwear become especially interesting because of this. With the right items you can tailor your character exactly to your playstyle or the situation at hand. • Shadow armor: +20% movement speed • Bandana: -50% stamina consumption while running • Gold hoop: -10% merchant prices • Beret: +30% building speed • Leather headband: 50% chance for +1 damage • Toxic green slime armor: 25% chance to avoid damage • Jar full of dirt: Removes the movement penalty in shallow water. • Glow mushroom bottle: Removes the movement penalty in shallow water and glows. • Iron hoop: +100% magnet radius • Chef's hat: Increases hunger and satiation restoration when eating by 25% • Cherry earrings: Increases health regeneration by 15%. • Bright red bow charm: -50% mana consumption • Wizard hat: Increases mana absorption from the environment by 100%, where applicable. New Languages I came up with a special translation process to make French, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazil) available. Please give me feedback on the quality, since I don't speak these languages myself. From many spot checks it looks quite good, but since each language contains well over 2000 translations, it's not possible for me to check everything. Go'rath, the Aether Blight Go'rath is big and mean, which is very fitting for not spoiling too much here! As the final boss of the game, Go'rath offers you a very special fight that once again differs greatly from the previous bosses. Finale and Credits After the grand finale of the story, there are still credits. Here I also say thank you to the many people who supported me on this project. But don't turn off the game just yet, because there's more afterwards! Some things you'll only get to discover or use now.
