Astronarch has a neat concept with its roguelite autobattler setup, and putting together team synergies can be pretty satisfying for a while. Solid rogue auto battler. Charming Art, some story, nice roster of characters, solid mechanics, and a proper ascension style 20 levels of runs. I finished my A20 run, and I think that is where I am calling it, has not quite hooked me enough to 100% the achievements/omen side of things, but it was solid all around.

It is a boring auto-battler rogue-like with minimal interactivity. The only strategy is to set your heroes up so that your tank will be the first to be attacked by the enemy. After that. You watch and maybe use potions.

I was pulled in by the art and I enjoyed the mix heroes. Ultimately while it was enjoyable at first, I was really only playing to see what I could unlock next. Yes the synergies can be interesting to explore but plenty of games do this better. It's not like the synergies are all that exciting or deep and when you combine that with the passive nature of being an autobattler, well it just got boring quick. There are...
