The winter storm has brought favorable winds, and we've been working hard to deliver one of the most requested updates for Nordic Storm Solitaire. Prepare your decks, because we have some exciting news: 🏆 Steam Achievements Added! Your skills will now be immortalized! We have added full support for Steam Achievements. Now you can prove your worth to the gods of the North by unlocking incredible milestones. Whether it's using magic like a true "Wildcard Wizard", summoning the skies as a "Storm Caller", or proving you are the ultimate "Card Master" by clearing 500 cards. There are plenty of achievements ready for the completionists out there! 🍎🐧 New Realms: Mac and Linux Support!

The frost has spread to new frontiers! We are thrilled to announce that Nordic Storm Solitaire now officially supports macOS and Linux / SteamOS. Whether you play on a Mac or love to take your games on the go with the Steam Deck, the adventure is now fully optimized and ready to play on your favorite system. 🛠️ General Fixes and Improvements We've sharpened our strategies and polished the experience. This update brings a series of "under the hood" improvements and community-reported bug fixes. nordic storm solitaire is your average fantasy-themed +1/-1 solitaire with more than the average amount of issues. the 130 levels are split into 30 chapters, each level unlocks one by one and you need a certain amount of stars per chapter to unlock the next. unfortunately, you can't tell just by looking at the map if you have any non-3-star levels somewhere. the usual power-ups can be bought with gold (only...

A very basic solitaire game with a Nordic theme. They could have created more story based on Nordic mythology, but it's a nice theme for winter. I played on the Steam Deck, which worked fine, but I think PC would have been better.

The only thing about the game that was disappointing is the story. It's far too simple and pointless. Either make the story more a part of the game and interesting or just eliminate it altogether. The gameplay is casual and extremely enjoyable. There are a couple of glitches that are minor annoyances, nothing more. I recommend this as a fun way to exercise your brain and fight boredom.
