Please update the game to continue playing. • Issue wherein stepping on particular spots in certain dungeons would cause an error has been fixed. • Issue wherein an error would occur under certain conditions in "Rousing Paradise" has been fixed. • Various stability improvements. I love mystery dungeons and there are so few these days. This one is not a bad game - I had fun with it and don't regret the time I spent, but I think there are a few too many issues to give it a thumbs up: • An important thing that determines whether a mystery dungeon is fun is what happens if you die, and what mechanisms allow you to leave the dungeon before death. Imo, this game doesn't get the balance right....

At its core, Shiren is an interactive chess game. You and a handful of monsters all wander around a grid comprised of multiple rooms and tunnels between them. The goal is to reach the stairs to the next floor, and each dungeon ranges between 5-99 floors. The amount of content in this game is legit insane. The main story involves traversing 40-50 floors that will take an average player with no previous Shiren game...

This game is basically Pokemon Mystery Dungeon for masochists (both are made by the same group). Shiren The Wanderer is a very slow-paced, turn-based dungeon crawler that inverts your testicles, steals your kidneys, and invites your parents to your friend's Discord, all for whiffing one regular attack against a normal enemy that you should've just used a staff on. Tips for people new to this very underrated...
