I purchased to product and its DLC several months ago. I enjoyed the use of the app for study towards my Paramedic license. Suddenly they release their newest update and I have no content. When I messaged the team asking about what happened they informed me that the DLC has been 'retired'. It USED to be a great simulator, giving the freedom of critical decision making, and it made no attempt to hold your hand throughout a simulation, just as you would be expected to do in the field. It provided valuable experience in Trauma situations, going as far to reward correct actions and severely punish wrong ones. I even decided to purchase the DLC to help support the Devs. Then they had ripped all the content...

Well, I WAS interested in this software. A simulator that helps you practice trauma patient assessment sounded excellent. Then the devs removed all the content save for a PPE demonstration. There is no content here worth downloading that couldn't be found in a medical infographic, not even for free. I hope that other reviewer gets a refund for buying software he no longer has access to.

I paid $32 for a DLC back in December 2019 for a very promising simulator where you were able to wash your hands, glove up, use trauma shears, order labs, x-rays,stabilize patients, perform CPR, administer medication and have cases in which there were either multiple injuries, external hemorrhage, airway obstruction and pneumothorax.
