I've played games like this, like the Fortix series, but not quite sure what the genre is called. In this game you are a fish and you must start from the perimeter and slowly make boxes without touching any of the sea life and eventually box up enough of the level that you can claim it yours and end the level. The sea life gets more difficult and more random on how it moves. Some move in the same direction...
