This game is great for anyone who wants a challenge in chaos management because geez there isn't a game that doesn't force you to at least keep your eyes open. As someone who only likes playing Mega-Brutal, I realized just how fine tuned this game was to people who are especially experienced. Cool idea, pretty decent implementation, but really suffers in that a) scenarios take about 30 mins to complete; b) replayability is *EXTREMELY* low because despite having tech trees and some minor variations, every scenario devolves into basically the same approach/strategy: build some basic civ/government stuff, build military units and crank their power, kill insurgents, demand peace... game over. Personal Rating: Very Positive (80%) Me just playing 4-Dimensional Chess with the armies I have left. Rebel Inc. focuses a bit more on the strategic aspect than Plague Inc. did, while keeping it nice and simple to understand (just like Plague Inc,) and both games share their core mechanic, so if you played Plague Inc. you largely understand Rebel Inc.'s gameplay too.
