Update notes for 11/27/25 - Local Physics
2025-11-27TechDisc physics are now calculated locally. This gets rid of the delay from finishing the throw to when the throw animation starts, which was the game talking to the cloud and the cloud calculating the flight path. It will also remove the same delay when previewing shots. Ive been wanting to do this ever since integrating the TechDisc physics, as the delay was the only major pain point in the implementation. Since the TechDisc physics can now be calculated online, I removed the option to use the old flight physics. This means those leaderboards are effectively closed, but I believe they can still be viewed on the community page here.
