I very rarely replay games and the few that I do almost never hold up, especially when drenched in nostalgia. Curse of Monkey Island is an exception. This is the absolute pinnacle of the series' visual style, trading pixels for a stunning, timeless 90s cartoon aesthetic that still looks gorgeous today. I grew up watching my dad play this game, and playing through it now after he has passed on and as an adult, it makes the memories and nostalgia even more great. This is one of my all time favorite series of games, and I will definitely be playing through it again.
