The game is sluggish. The faction units/building/upgrades/abilities are too similar, and the fighting is just locking your army in a fight and spam your stat buffs until one of someone dies or retreats. And while the campaigns can put you in very interesting scenarios, they too, tend to drag on because of the gameplay. Got this game for summer sale. Its up there I think its in top 10 Rts game atm it has its own character and I would say I like it better than age of empires4
