GRIP 2: Combat Racing Evolved

GRIP XR is now GRIP 2 🤘 Check out that sweet logo and key art... And new teaser trailer: We've changed the name to be an actual sequel. Why? Well, GRIP XR was confusing as hell to a lot of people considering "XR" is well known to mean Extended Reality, and people thought this was a new VR-only version of GRIP. But more importantly, we think this game will be worthy of sequel status now that we've been working on it more since the last demo. Speaking of demos... New DEMO coming October 1st 🔥 That's right, you can get your arse back in the game next month, this time in a city track with more weapons. Oh right, and you'll be able to play with an early version of the Level Editor too 🛠️ We can't wait to see how people like the updated game, and hope you dig the new logo and key art for the sequel to GRIP.

TL;DR: This is a fun game if you both mastered it while also being somewhat of a casual gamer. You may ask "aren't those criteria a bit incompatible?" and yes, that's why I don't recommend the game. The tracks aren't intuitive to navigate, and the physics are unforgiving of mistakes. Add a some layers of randomness and inconsistent behaviors, and you'll often find yourself losing a race regardless of your skill,...

Pure brain-off chaos in the best way possible. You drive stupidly fast cars on walls, ceilings or wherever gravity gave up. While rockets and explosions fly everywhere. It’s loud, it’s dumb, it’s over the top, and it works. On top of that, it’s a great continuation of Rollcage, staying true to the old-school anti-gravity madness. 10/10, zero thoughts, only speed

leaving a review because user "nobody cares" is a cowards and doesn't allow comments on his 0.7 playtime negative review. this is basically a reply to his review - the maps are specifically designed to have catch-nets and curves so you can speed, and flat sections where you are expected to turn want you to slow down. just drive better. look at what what's in front of you and adjust. just don't t-bone the guard rails...
